3:00 - 4:45 p.m. Exhibitor Registration & Setup
5:00 - 6:30 p.m. / Welcome Reception

Exhibitors and conference attendees will mix and mingle during the Welcome Reception held in the Exhibit Hall.

Monday, October 9, 2023

8:30 a.m. / Conference Opens
8:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Keynote and Breakout Sessions
5:30 - 9:30 p.m. / Dinner and Entertainment

Exhibitors and conference attendees will mix and mingle during breakfast, and two 45-minute refreshers held in the Exhibit Hall. In addition, exhibitors will interact with attendees during lunch and the evening reception.

9:30 a.m. / Exhibitor Break down and Departure
12:00 p.m. / Conference Adjourns

• Registration for one company representative

• Electricity, if requested
• One pre-conference registration list sent two weeks prior to the conference
• One post-conference registration list sent within one week after the conference
• Company name and 50-word description in the Program Guide
• Opportunity to purchase registration for additional company representatives
  

Exhibitor Related Policies

• Exhibitors will be professional and respectful of attendees, other exhibitors, and the hotel and conference staff.
• Exhibitors must register and pay for each representative who will be on-site, above the allotted amount.
• Swapping or limited substitution of name badges is prohibited.
• Exhibitors may provide a door prize to conference attendees; this is not a requirement. We will distribute door prizes on Tuesday morning, following breakfast.

Hotel Information and Sleep Room Accommodations

The Fall Conference will be held at The Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, VA. We have a room block at the Kingsmill Resort. Reservations can be made online or by calling 757-253-1703 on or before Tuesday, September 19, 2023.
