Existing solutions, like automated reminders, online scheduling, and transportation services, try to address no shows, but for most healthcare provider groups, no shows remain stubbornly high. Streamline is a first-of-its-kind analytics platform that predicts patient no shows, which is enabling provider groups across the country to increase visit volume, decrease no show rates, and drive additional revenue.

John Muschelli, CTO, was formerly a professor of Biostatistics at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and is an expert in the R programming language. He has built over 50 software packages for data cleaning and analysis. His work spans a number of different data inputs, data problems, and data solutions, including neuroimaging, clinical trials, and electronic medical records.
Will Richardson, Head of Growth, was formerly an investment associate at Point Field Partners. At Point Field, Will worked on private equity, real estate, and venture capital investments, and also worked directly with Jeff, John, and Charlie on building Streamline before joining full time.
