Increasing Access & Visit Volume
Led by the PAMGMA in collaboration with the VMGMA & the WVMGMAs
Including same-day cancellations, patient no show rates typically range from 8-40%. No shows result in poorer patient outcomes, lower provider productivity, and lost revenue for health centers.
Existing solutions, like automated reminders, online scheduling, and transportation services, try to address no shows, but for most healthcare provider groups, no shows remain stubbornly high. Streamline is a first-of-its-kind analytics platform that predicts patient no shows, which is enabling provider groups across the country to increase visit volume, decrease no show rates, and drive additional revenue.
In this webinar, Streamline will discuss the following:
- Establishing a baseline for your no show rate and understanding how it changes over time by patient, provider, location, and other filters
- Decreasing the no show rate through detailed tracking, identification of patients that frequently no show, and targeted, proactive outreach to scheduled patients
- Increasing visit volume and patient access through strategic overbooking and better same-day access
- Improving operational efficiency and provider well-being through minimizing “appointment conflicts” and giving providers enhanced visibility into who’s likely to show in their schedule
